Strathcom Media Becomes Part of D2C Media

Today, both D2C Media Inc. (“D2C Media”) and Strathcom Media Inc. (“Strathcom”) proudly announce a joint acquisition to offer leading digital solutions to automotive dealers and OEM’s nationwide. Strathcom will continue to operate independently, but the 2 companies will work together to offer best-in-class services and broaden their offerings to their respective customers. D2C Media has also entered into a partnership with Go Auto to exclusively provide them with leading digital solutions in the coming years. 

With our combined group now serving over 900 dealers, we will also gain access to multiple OEM and Automotive group relationships—and even more importantly—add 35 local digital experts to our team in Western Canada so we can better serve our 200+ local customers.

Together, D2C Media and Strathcom will employ over 100 professionals dedicated to the automotive industry and spread our industry presence locally across all 10 Canadian provinces.

Acquisition Statements
