DMS Over the past 10 years Strathcom has developed seamless data transfer relationships with the majority of North American DMS providers. These relationships allow Strathcom to poll both New & Used vehicle inventory from your in-house DMS automatically into the Easy-Loader Vehicle Management System without any extra work for your staff.

In the spring of 2006 Strathcom was approved as a Reynolds & Reynolds Certified Interface ERAR Program partner, and in the summer of 2006 we entered into an agreement with DMI to facilitate an integration for ADP's clients.

By utilizing DMS polling, you are ensuring that your inventory will always be current. Up to date inventory means serious customers will not be disappointed while searching through your web site for their next vehicle. With Strathcom's automated DMS service you will save time and money, and most importantly, provide your prospective buyers with your latest inventory offerings.

The Easy-Loader DMS integration automatically adds newly entered units to your DMS, updates existing units, removes sold vehicles for you, and posts them to your specified sites. You don't have to worry about attaching your photos immediately, as the Easy-Loader VMS will display a stock photo to your buyers until you've had a chance to photograph the vehicle.
The Easy-Loader (VMS) Vehicle Management System allows any dealership to control its entire new and used vehicle inventory on its own dealership web site, and on multiple Internet Portals, all with one instant upload to the Internet. The web-based system is managed by Strathcom through a web based administration screen, allowing us to configure any dealership's account very quickly. Once a dealer profile is activated, their inventory can be instantly uploaded to multiple industry related web sites.
