As most dealers know, having your inventory online is a critical part of the car buying experience in today’s market place. As a dealership that takes online views very seriously, when we noticed some of our used vehicles were not appearing correctly online we were immediately in need of a quick solution. It was noticed on a Friday evening that we were experiencing this issue and as our online marketplace is so important, we were frantic to determine the causes of the issue.

After calling Strathcom, our website provider, we learned their office was closed. Going into a weekend, we could not have inventory issues continuing and our General Manager was adamant the problem be resolved immediately. I decided the severity of the situation warranted a call to Strathcom and the cell number I had was for their General Manager Duncan. Although hesitant to call him after hours on his personal cell phone, I decided it was necessary and made the call. Duncan answered his phone immediately, took all of the information down and had the problem resolved within the hour despite being at home. I know the solution to the problem involved multiple Strathcom staff that were all willing to help address the issue despite being off shift. I was amazed that Strathcom was able to solve the issue so quickly and was not concerned with the timing of the call.

We could not be happier with their service and the ability to phone Strathcom’s General Manager on his personal time makes dealing with this company easy and stress free.
